    Turnkey Indoor Playground Installation Services

Design and price get most of the attention, but projects are won or lost on site. This guide covers the part that starts when containers arrive: what the building must be ready for, how many installers you need, how long each equipment type takes, and the inspection checklist you sign before opening day.

    Design Framework

    The Five Installation Phases

Each phase has a gate. Moving to the next one before the gate is cleared is the most common cause of delay and re-work.

    1. Site readiness check

Floor level within tolerance, clear height confirmed, columns and sprinklers measured, power points placed. We send a readiness form 30 days before shipping.

    2. Delivery and customs

Containers are cleared with the packing list and certificates. Unloading needs a forklift or pallet jack and a dry staging area close to the hall.

    3. Frame and structure

Steel columns, decks and beams go up first, levelled and anchored. This is the phase that needs the most installers.

    4. Soft parts and attractions

Padding, nets, slides, trampoline beds, ninja obstacles and themed panels are fitted after the frame passes a torque check.

    5. Inspection and handover

Use zones, gaps, fixings and surfacing are checked against the design, then staff are trained on daily checks before the keys change hands.

What a Turnkey Installation Package Includes

Turnkey means one party is responsible from site check to handover. These are the deliverables you should see in writing.

    Installation drawings

Anchor plans, column positions and section heights issued before production so the site can be prepared.

    Supervised install crew

A lead supervisor from the factory plus local or factory installers, depending on project size and budget.

    Tool and fixings kit

Shipped with the order so work never waits on a missing anchor bolt or special wrench.

    Spare parts box

Common padding, net ties, bolts and covers held on site for the first months of operation.

    Staff training

Daily, weekly and monthly inspection routines, with sign-off sheets your team uses from day one.

    Handover documents

Certificates, as-built drawings, maintenance manual and warranty registration in one file.

Typical On-Site Installation Time by Project Type

    Best-Fit Buyers

    Who Needs a Turnkey Installation

Turnkey is most valuable when the owner does not have an in-house construction team.

    First-time operators

One contract and one point of contact from design to opening day.

    Overseas investors

Factory supervision on site means the structure is built exactly as engineered.

    Mall and retail landlords

Fixed install windows that fit around tenant fit-out schedules.

    Multi-site chains

The same crew and checklist across every location keeps quality consistent.

    FAQ

    Procurement Questions

What does turnkey indoor playground installation include?

Site readiness checks, delivery coordination, a supervised install crew, tools and fixings, staff training, inspection and a full handover file.

    How long does installation take?

Most projects take 7–21 days on site once the building is ready. Large mixed FECs can take 3–4 weeks and are often handed over zone by zone.

What clear height do I need?

Single-level soft play can work at about 3.5 m. Multi-level structures usually need 4.5 m or more, measured below sprinklers, ducts and lights.

Can local workers install the equipment?

Yes. Many projects use a local crew led by a factory supervisor, which reduces travel cost while keeping quality control.

What should be finished before installers arrive?

Floor, ceiling, lighting, sprinklers and main electrics. Painting and flooring outside the play area can continue in parallel.

Who inspects the playground before opening?

The install supervisor runs the internal checklist; many markets also require an independent inspector against ASTM or EN 1176 before opening.

    Does NinescapeLand provide installation abroad?

Yes. We send supervisors or full crews to project sites worldwide and provide remote video guidance for smaller orders.
